Annual awards for full-time, undergraduate (sophomore or above) and graduate students pursuing established degree programs in some area of Technical Communication at an accredited college or university. (Majors such as general journalism, electronic communication engineering, computer programming, creative writing, or entertainment are ineligible.) Award is based on academic records, technical communication experience, and the potential of contributions to the field of technical communications; financial need is considered only if applicants are comparable. Submit an essay on interests and achievements, latest transcripts, and two letters of recommendation with application packet. Scholarships are divided evenly between undergraduate and graduate students. Contact the Society or Student's College department for more information and/or application.
