Description
Annual awards for residents of Virginia who are dependent children of veterans of the U.S. military enrolling/enrolled in undergraduate studies at a Virginia institution. Veteran must be permanently and totally disabled do to war or other armed conflict, or died as a result of war or other armed conflict, or be listed as a prisoner of war. Veteran also must have been a resident of Virginia at the time of entry into active military service or been a resident five years prior to application due date. Applicants must be between the ages of 16-25. Award amount covers forty-eight (48) months of tuition-free education and required fees. Due date and number of awards may vary.
