Description
Annual award for City of Cleveland, Ohio residents who have a mental illness and are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution. Students must have a mental illness in schizophrenia, mood disorders, or anxiety disorders, be U.S. citizens/legal residents, and have a household income of less than $100,000. An essay and a treating physician's endorsement must be included with application packet.
