BACKGROUND is a web site offering a $10,000 scholarship to dads who want to go back to school and become financially independent. You simply register on their home page to enter yourself for a chance to win the scholarship. While registering you also view information on schools that are offering online courses, traditional campus courses and have the opportunity to search for student loans.
