Description
Annual awards for graduating high school seniors of a high school in the Mississippi Bend AEA 9, Iowa area, or Henry Stark Education District, Illinois, or Black Hawk Education District, Illinois. Students must pursue a degree in Fine Art, Commercial Art, or Art Education. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection is based on the student's potential for future personal achievement. A portolio of original work must be included with application packet. Renewable.
