Annual awards for local residents who are incoming freshmen enrolling at the University of Southern Mississippi and are admitted to the College of Business and Economic Development. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, minimum ACT score of 21 and financial need. Due date and number of awards may vary.
