Description
Annual awards for graduates of a Frederick, Washington, Carroll or Montgomery county, Maryland high school who are full-time juniors, seniors or graduate students at Frostburg State University that are majoring in Business with an emphasis in Finance and Banking. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply and compete annually.
