Annual awards for Tennessee residents who are incoming freshmen enrolled full-time at Tennessee State University College of Business majoring in Home Economics or Agriculture. Students must demonstrate financial need, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and rank in the top 25% of the graduating high school class. Due date may vary.
