Annual awards for incoming freshmen enrolled full-time at Ohio State University College of Engineering majoring in Food, Agricultural, and Biological Engineering. Preference given to Guernsey County, Ohio residents; second preference given to southeastern Ohio residents. Due date and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
