Annual award for an undergraduate student attending Clemson University (SC), enrolled in the College of Business and Behavioral Science who has an interest in real estate. Selection based on admissions application, academic achievement and standardized test scores for incoming freshman; and academic record for continuing student. Award amount varies. No application is necessary since all applications will be considered.
