Annual award for undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) students enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Department of Plant and Soil Sciences majoring in Plant and Soil Sciences with area of study in forage management or soil sciences.
