Annual award for Rutland County, Vermont residents who are graduating high school seniors from a Rutland County high school planning to attend an accredited postsecondary institution pursuing studies in the Arts including, but not limited to, Music, Visual Arts, Dance, and Theatre. Students must demonstrate financial need and academic achievement. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
