Annual awards for Colorado residents who are incoming freshmen or sophomores (transfer students eligible) attending Colorado State University's College of Agricultural Sciences full-time. Applicants must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate interest in horticulture and landscape architecture.
